Philanthropy key to peacebuilding and settlement of conflicts

The Journalists and Writers Foundation (GYV) and Kimse Yok Mu (Is Anybody There? Association - KYM) jointly organized the conference titled "International Conference on Philanthropy and Peacebuilding" between April 12-13, 2014, with participants from 19 countries including Russia, the UK, India, Nigeria and the Philippines. During the conference, the contribution of philanthropy to peace was discussed with emphasis on the philanthropic philosophy of the KYM.
