Countries where Turkish schools located bolster trade, TUSKON head says

Rızanur Meral, President of the Turkish Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists (TUSKON), stated that closure of Turkish schools is impossible and Turkish schools play a significant role in trade.

Speaking at a business forum named Turkey-West Africa Trade Bridge, Meral stated that Turkish schools operating in 160 countries educate competent individuals who are familiar with culture of both Turkey and the region they live and know more than one language, which attracts Turkish businessmen and paves way for overseas investment.

The business forum, which took place in the western province of Bursa, brought together more than 110 businessmen from eight African countries to hold bilateral meetings with 300 local businessmen from Bursa.
