Aid campaign under way for Syrians

Aid campaign, Bread and Blanket for Syria, is continuing full stream in Turkey for the Syrians in desperate need.

Kimse Yok Mu Association has sent 13 million Turkish liras of aid to Syria until this day.

The association's branch in central province of Konya sent 5 trucks of aid to the provinces of Kilis and Gaziantep including 83 tons of flour, 450 kilograms of beans, 200 packages of clothing, 25 tons of jam and halva, 30 blankets, 500 pairs of shoes, 120 packages of cake and 9,200 diapers.

A private radio channel in the province of Kahramanmaras also started a campaign named "Bring a toy, share the joy of a Syrian child" to collect toys for the children living in the tent cities.

Also two associations in the province of Gaziantep distributed blankets sent from Saudi Arabia to the Syrians.
