Q: What do you think about the insults of Erdoğan and AK Party politicians against the Hizmet movement?
Sarıgül: I am very saddened by all these. Rulers should be friendly with society. The Hizmet movement is not a political rival, it is a movement based on voluntary actions. It is not political.
Q: Erdoğan has accused the Hizmet of cooperating with the CHP.
It is out of question for the Hizmet movement to have a connection with any political party. The Hizmet will look at candidates and support the good ones in the local elections.
