Kyrgyz PM: Together, we can rebuild a stronger Eurasia

Kyrgyz Prime Minister Zhantoro Satybaldiyev, speaking just before Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to his country, has said that Kyrgyzstan will make a big economic leap, something which the country wants Turkish companies to play a major role in. Consequently, Satybaldiyev said that Erdoğan's visit is of significant importance to boost growing bilateral ties.

Guinean MFA: Our People Fond of Turkish Schools

The Guinean Minister of Foreign Affairs Lounceny Fall met with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu in Istanbul on April 5, as a part of his official visits in Turkey. Following the bilateral meeting, the two ministers held a joint press conference. Highlighting the mission that the Turkish schools assumed in promoting relations between Guinea and Turkey, Fall said “The Guinean people are fond of the Turkish schools in our country.”

Do the Gülen-inspired institutions outside Turkey have any effect on Turkey's foreign relations?

In the year 2000, in order to give a new impetus to Turkey's relations with Central Asian and Caucasian countries, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs held advisory meetings with Turkey's ambassadors to those countries.

The report on the meetings said that Gülen-inspired schools in those countries had a positive effect on Turkey’s relations with their governments.
