The award ceremony was held in the office of Press Council. A piece of literature, authored by the editor in chief of "Adalat" ("Justice") newspaper, writer and journalist Irada Tunchay’s "The road novel," was declared the fifth and submitted for the award for his illumination of the truths of the Turkic world to the public.
