Spiritual leaders of Nigerian Muslims visited KYM

On Monday [May 7] afternoon, Sa'ad Muhammad Abubakar, the spiritual leader of 70 millions Muslims in Nigeria, The Sultan of the 20th Sokoto, The Chairman of the Nasr Islam Society, The Chairman of the Nigerian National Islamic Relations Supreme Council and his accompanying delegates made a courtesy visit to the KYM headquarters.

Sultan Abubakar, who is one of the 50 most influential Muslims in the world, and his delegates held a meeting with KYM officials. Ideals were exchanged about KYM's activities and the relationship between Nigeria and Turkey. After the meeting, which lasted approximately one hour and thirty minutes, Sultan Abubakar was taken to the KYM headquarters lobby where awards, plaques, and gifts from various countries are displayed.

KYM President Unal Ozturk presented Sultan Abubakar with a bowl decorated with golden stars as a gift. Sultan Abubakar and his accompanying delegates left after donating to the KYM donation box.
