Turkish students receive medals in Int’l Science Olympics

This year all 23 students representing Turkey through the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) in the International Science Olympics received medals in various branches of science.

Madagascar's first international award came from the Turkish school's student

Miary Lalah Rakotoarison, a student attending a Turkish school in Madagascar, which gained its independence 50 years ago, brought an international success to his country. Miary Lalah Rakotoarison won a gold medal in The Young Inventors Project Competition, held in Georgia under the math category. Team coach Talgat Amanov who got his education in Kyrgyzstan from a Turkish school is now working at the Turkish school in Madagascar. Rakotoarison became the pride of his country.
