Produced by Spectra Media exclusively for Irmak TV, Atlas of Thoughts (Fikir Atlası) connects the scholars, politicians, jurists, religious figures, journalists, and academics reflecting on Turkish Islamic scholar Fethullah Gulen and the Hizmet Movement with the audience. Journalists and Writers Foundation: Founded in 1994 in Istanbul, Journalists and Writers Foundation is an intercultural and interfaith dialogue organization bringing various subjects to discussion from democracy to freedom of belief, from political and cultural pluralism to the problems of modern nation state models on every level through its events. The foundation consists of five platforms and a research center as follows: Abant Platform,Intercultural Dialogue Platform (KADIP), Dialogue Eurasia Platform (DA Platform), Medialog Platform, and Women’s Platform, JWF Research Center.

Questions on Hizmet: The interactive Q-and-A website was launched in late 2012 by Journalists and Writers Foundation as a response to the increasing questions about Hizmet. The interactive Turkish-English bilingual website enables its visitor to submit their questions and contact the administrators regarding for further inquiries on previous questions.

International Turkish Language Olympiads: At International Turkish Language Olympiads annually held in Turkey since 2003, students from over a hundred countries compete in categories including singing, poem recitation, grammar, speech and folk dances. First held in 2003 with the participation of 62 students from 37 countries, the Olympiads saw the participation of 1500 students from 135 countries.

Media Institutions

Today’s Zaman: An English-language daily based in Turkey. It was established on January 16, 2007 under the umbrella of Feza Incorporation. While considered as the English-language edition of Turkish daily Zaman Today’s Zaman has its own, independent editorial staff and domestic and international coverage addressing Turkey’s the expat community, in particular.

Turkish Review: A bimonthly journal published by Feza Gazetecilik A.S., focusing primarily on Turkish politics and foreign policy, international affairs, global economics, integration and ideas, and matters related to global socio-political issues. It is available in print on newsstands and in bookstores; select articles are available online.

Ebru TV: A majority-owned subsidiary of Samanyolu Broadcasting Company (SBC), an international media corporation with headquarters in the United States, Germany, Turkey, and Azerbaijan. Launched nationally in 2006, the network broadcasts 24 hours in English to viewers across the United States.

Relief aid

Kimse Yok Mu: An Istanbul-based humanitarian aid organization since 2002. Kimse Yok Mu is now a member of ECOSOC, an organization under the United Nations which aims to bring together all humanitarian aid groups under one roof. Academia

Gulen Institute: A non-profit research organization founded in Houston Texas in 2007. The institute with its international focus aims to advance original academic work in the areas of conflict resolution, poverty, and education in cooperation with University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work and The Institute of Interfaith Dialogue, Texas.

Fethullah Gulen Chair, Indonesia: UIN (Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta) and PASIAD (Pacific Countries Social and Economic Solidarity Association) cooperated to establish the Fethullah Gülen Chair in 2009. Now it is serving under the Adab and Humanities Faculty.

Fethullah Gülen Chair for Intercultural Studies: Intercultural Dialogue Platform VZW and Brussels and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven partner in academic studies with a special focus on relations between Muslim communities and the wider society in Europe and in Belgium. The Chair is part of IMMRC and participates at research in social and cultural anthropology.

Fethullah Gulen Chair, Australia: Australian Catholic University (ACU) appointed Dr. Ismail Albayrak as its inaugural Fethullah Gülen Chair in the Study of Islam and Muslim-Catholic Relations in November 2007. The Chair is based at the University's Melbourne Campus (St Patrick's) and is located within the Centre for Inter-Religious Dialogue (CID).

Gulen Conference, Los Angeles: Sponsored by Office of Religious Life at the University of Southern California, Department of Theological Studies at the Loyola Marymount University, International Education Center, Santa Monica College, Department of Religious Studies at the Humboldt State University, Department of Religious Studies at Whittier College and Pacifica Institute, Gulen conference was held in Los Angeles on December 4-6 2009 on the general theme of an encounter between “East” and “West” in the case of the Gülen Movement and the movement’s contributions to education, interfaith and intercultural dialogue, tolerance, and world peace. Dialogue Centers in the U.S.

Alliance for Shared Values: New York based Institution functions a centralized platform for collaboration and unifying voice for its member and partner organizations around the US. It is also a central/reliable channel to provide factual information about the Hizmet movement, to educate on its origins and development, to correct misinformation and to foster greater understanding about the activities of the participants of this social movement in the United States. Its member organizations are Peace Islands, Rumi Forum, Pacifica Institute, Institute for Interfaith Dialogue, Istanbul Center and Niagara Foundation.

Pacifica Institute: California-based Pacifica Institute was established in 2003 as a non-profit organization by a group of Turkish-Americans. It designs and executes projects covering social welfare, education, poverty, and conflict resolution issues. Its branches include Orange County, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Diego, Oakland, San Francisco, East Bay, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Honolulu, and Portland.

Peace Islands Institute: Peace Islands was originally established in New-Jersey in 2004 as Interfaith Dialogue Center. Currently, with its locations in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Upstate New York and activities under centers for global social, interfaith, education and media affairs, the foundation operates to contribute to mutual respect and collaboration among communities.

Rumi Forum: Washington DC-based Rumi Forum was founded in 1999 as an intercultural and interfaith dialogue institution .Currently, the forum has branches in Kentucky, Hampton Roads, Charlottesville and Maryland featuring two centers, namely, Center for Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue and Center for Policy Studies under its umbrella.

Istanbul Center: A non- profit organization headquartered in Atlanta, and has branches in Center South Florida and Alpharetta of the southeastern. Established to promote better understanding and closer relations among the communities in Metro Atlanta the center focuses on 4 major areas which are education, culture, dialogue and humanitarian works. It is a volunteer-driven, locally supported civic organization.

Niagara Foundation
Niagara Foundation: Chicago-based foundation operates in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin and Nebraska organizing activities centered on Public and Global Affairs, Cultural Exchange and Interfaith Collaboration, Academic Affairs and Social Responsibility.

Dialogue Centers Around the World

Turquoise Harmony Institute: Turquoise Harmony Institute was originally established in 2006 as Interfaith Foundation of South Africa (IFSA) in order to foster relations among different faith and cultural traditions. It has now established centers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town various activities coordinated by the Province Regional Director are held. Within the provincial structure it has platforms such as interfaith relations, women and family and solidarity and aid.

Indialogue Foundation: An action and research-oriented dialogue and peace foundation, was founded in New Delhi in 2005. The foundation has 4 chapters across India, in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai.

Intercultural Dialogue Platform: Founded in Brussels, Belgium in 2000 as a non-profit initiative, IDP fosters debate and analysis on issues such as inter-cultural and inter-faith dialogue, social cohesion and peaceful co-existence both in Belgian and European context.

Finland Dialogue Association: An organization of research and civic engagement operating in Helsinki since 2004.

Forum für Interkulturellen Dialog Berlin e.V: Forum für Interkulturellen Dialog Berlin e.V. has been operating in German since 2002. Formerly Frankfurt-based institution consists of four platforms, namely, Medialog, Youth Platform, the Arts and Culture Platform and Interreligious Dialogue Platform.

Malaysian Turkish Dialogue Society: An organization of research and civic engagement operating in Kuala Lumpur since its establishment in 2008. The Dialogue Society has five major centers in line with its mission: Cultural Center, Academic Center, Media Center, Women’s Club, and Business Association.

Formosa Institute: Formosa Institute operates in Taiwan to contribute to diverse and multicultural atmosphere of Taiwan by contributing to society with a dream of a cosmopolitan world of peace, tolerance, love and compassion.

Anatolia Cultural and Dialog Center: 2007, Hong Kong- based ACDC serves societal peace, love, and friendship in support of human dignity and the common good by striving to bring forth the common values of humanity; values such as understanding, tolerance, respect, and compassion.

Dunaj Instytut Dialogu: Dunaj Instytut Dialogu in Warsaw, Poland aims to promote dialogue between peoples. Danube Dialogue Institute is a non-governmental organization founded in 2008. The Foundation was founded by the Turkish community living in Poland for years.

Tevere Institute: A non-profit organization, registered as “Cultural Association” in Rome, Italy. The Institute was founded in May 2007. The main goal of the Institute is to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue and to bring together people from different religions, cultures, nations, views and ideologies.

Antalya Intercultural Dialogue Center: An association that embraces everyone regardless of their religion, language, race, and social status. Its vision is to establish dialogue, peace, love and tolerance in the society. Its mission is to bring together people at different platforms -from arts to sports, from trips to conferences- to contribute to harmony in the society.

Rumi Forum of Pakistan: Established with the sublime mission to foster inter-cultural dialogue and to provide a platform for education and information exchange, Rumi Forum welcomes all who have a desire to explore ‘the other’ in the spirit of the mutual respect and tolerance. The forums branches are Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Multan.
